Blackberry, which is used in both the Alderley Edge Gin and the Raspberry Gin, gives a beautifully soft and smooth characteristic from distilling the soft fruits within the still. Combined with other traditional botanicals including juniper, orris, coriander and angelica resulting in a complex but traditional gin.
The Alderley Edge Gin is a traditional London Dry with a touch of blackberry.
Each gin is supplied in a black stoneware bottle and makes a beautiful keepsake.
